Shipping Information

Free shipping applies to shipments of 3 cases or more per box.  Shipping cost will be incurred on shipments containing less than 3 cases per box at $6.00 per case.

Rush delivery is available via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS 3-Day Select®. Please call us in advance for additional shipping costs and options.

In-Laboratory processing time is typically 24 hours for a new appliance construction. If an unavoidable delay should occur, you will of course be notified immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Each appliance is unconditionally warranted for a full 90 days from the date it leaves our laboratory. Any repairs or adjustments which become necessary will be done free of charge.
